I've had an issue with getting psyched out if I know the guy I'm watching is right on par with my skill level. This is more IDPA related as I would normally be shooting for one of the top couple spots. Now in USPSA I'm lucky to be in the top 10 in Limited so it's not so much an issue. Also it seems to be improving some with my increase in experience. I can come up with my own plan and not be thrown off by others so much.
