Bad Juju Day at the Range

A local USPSA club had their inaugural Steel Challenge match Sunday. Turn out was light (9 shooters) because another local USPSA club was having a double "IPSC" match weekend to make up for rain days. Then out of those 9 shooters, one had some old 38 Colt Auto brass get mixed in with his 38 Super and had multiple cases blow even with minor loading. Another had the head tear off of a 22LR round leaving a brass insert in his chamber. Another had a dismal day because, as he found out on the next to the last stage, his front sight was sliding back and forth in the dovetail. Yet another had his rear sight work loose.

Yeah, it got kinda scary. We all kept wondering who would be next.
Steve, you forgot to mention that we would have had one more shooter, but he decided after he got there that he really wasn't feeling very well and opted not to shoot.
