Fill the barrel with motor oil up to the muzzle
wad several patches totether or use a piece of rag packed into the muzzle
The use short piece of cleaning rod ...and drive it into the barrel with a small hammer
The rag should seal the barrel..and the hydraulic pressure will push the round out.

Will the motor oil migrate into the gas tube?
Yes it will if you fill past the gas port
Carb cleaner or gun scrubber will clean it out

Pull the upper and stick it in the freezer. Let is get good and cold, and I mean really frozen, then go back at it with the cleaning rod. I removed one this way, after it was fully cold I basically just dropped the cleaning rod down the barrel and the round jumped right out.
