at the range last night I practiced walking forward and backward in preparation for the match tomorrow

I was surprised that I was less accurate walking forward than backward.

BOTH were a challenge, but I had fun with it.

Lowering your center of gravity and rolling heel to toe (or toe to heel) is vital in retaining some stability.

Good luck at your match!

This isn't really a conversation for the"beginner's" section.

Do a search for "shooting on the move" and expand on an existing thread.
