Need OAL for west coast 200 FP?

I am getting ready to load some west coast 200 FP. I am planning on just putting them behind 4.0 of clays like my 230gr IDPA load but I can recall experimenting with the same OAL as the 230 with poor cycling results. What should the OAL length be for this load? Also does anyone think titegroup would be a better powder for this load? I have read most of the search results and there is some conflicting OAL's. Mostly this will be used in my Glock 21 and 30SF. My well broken in Kimber will cycle everything under the sun.
