While I was active I bought an XCR and I was wondering if anyone else runs one? Also how theirs are set up? Since it was't initaly bought for competition it currently has a 16" heavy barrel and 4x ACOG. It shoots ectreamly well and reliably but i'm looking at doing more to make it shoot better. Any suggestions...... other than a JP build? :P

I have an XCR with an EOTech and BUI's. Love the gun! I have had one jam (slight hangup) in approx 1500 rounds. Other than that it just runs. Even my 7 year old shoots it!

I find it to be very accurate but plan to install a 3X or 4X magnifier. (old eyes). Mine is used for plinking and was a purchase before the "election" as I could see the way things were heading.

Get a good compensator (like the Titan Comp! Sorry had to throw in the shameless plug.) Get the trigger upgrade or have a trigger job done. Buy lots of ammo, practice, and learn your zero's and holdovers out to 500 yards.

I've got one too. Love it, I just got a PWS YHM-threaded brake that I haven't gotten to shoot yet. My Dad has one as well, it's a good package.
