Help me ID this.......

Just picked this pistol up and Im trying to ID the slide stop.

Probably handmade by the gunsmith that built the gun.

I've seen a couple pictures of Jim Anglin built guns with that type of slide stop.

That looks like the unit that used to be made by AW custom. Brownells used to carry it. It's the one from this post.

I believe it's out of production, as AW custom stopped building pistols many years ago.

Actually......
Part of the interest is that indeed the slide WILL lock back. Once the mag drops any movement at all and the stop slips. I want to find a replacement so if I screw this one up making it NOT lock back Ill have another. Several other folks want one as well.
