Hi all,
After changing the Cmore diode module twice, and interior electronic, my dot still seems to look smaller than what it's supposed to be. I have a 6 MOA diode, according to color code, but my dot looks more like a 4.
Is it possible that a default of the lense can cause a dot to appear smaller ?

No No, both are in the same hole.

I've heard that C-More is not very exacting when it come to the size of the holes in a diode. A 6 MOA dot might look closer to 4 or 8 depending on which one you happen to get. Have you e-mailed C-More?
I wouldn't think a fault of the lens would make a dot appear smaller, but I'm no optics expert.

The only thing that might occur would be some sort of distortion in the dot shape due to an improperly ground lense.
I agree with Al that the issue is more likely to be the module.

The diode module was changed twice, I double checked the color code to make sure.

I've had several 4's, 6's and 8's that appeared to be the same size.

But then I have an 8 and 12 that appear to be the same size.

Just luck of the draw.

Call C-More customer service and they will likely replace it.
