Got a Sapien Arms aluminum propane tank adapter valve, the one with the hexagonal fitting. Works fine on Coleman camp stove bottles, but it seems the needle connector is too short to open Ace hardware propane torch bottles. I can't thread the valve down far enough. The fitting for the torch itself works fine.

Am I missing something? Is there another valve I should try?
