I'm going to start reloading .223 for my 3-gun needs.
Am I giving up a lot of accuracy with the mixed headstamp brass?
I'll be using 68-75 gr match bullets and the brass will be sized and trimmed properly.

SMK 69's with mixed brass gives me a 1/2 MOA load in my gun. I've got 1.3"
5 shot groups on paper at 300yds with mixed brass so for 3gun your fine. The
thing to worry about is the quality of each piece of brass and times it has been
fired..

I'm not 100% sure on accuracy. But I would say yes you would be giving up some accuracy. As to how much, that would vary.
If you use a hot loading (heavier than book) you should use one headstamp for that load. There is a lot variance in case capacity and case thickness between manufacturers. What may be OK for one headstamp may not be OK in another.
Personally I use range brass with mixed headstamps on my close range load. 25.1 grains of Tac with a 55 grain bullet. This load is under max.
For my long range loads, the loading is above book. So I use just one headstamp (LC) for my long range load and try to use 1X fired.
