So I built my own limited gun over the last few weekends and now that everything seems to work, I'd like to finish it off. Any recommendations on a machinist who can cut the sight dovetails as well as checker and lighten my slide based on just a couple of pictures/suggestions? Also, being able to install and supply the sights would be a plus, along with applying a decent finish (in the white). Just the machine work would be just fine if the price was right. Thanks,
Dave

Virgil Tripp built my limited gun and I'll put his workmanship up against any I've ever seen. My gun is still beautiful and absolutely drum tight after a year and 15k rounds. I know they can handle the work.
I also had Matt Cheely do some bluing work on my open gun slide and his work and turnaround were outstanding. He also built a Single Stack in .40 for a buddy of mine that is TOP NOTCH. He'd be on MY short list as well.
