Rich,

Those look good.

I've post some pics of your work over on the LTW forum in their competition section. They don't get to see much in the way of competition guns over there. You should think about adding to their list too.

The one on the left is mine. Awesome craftmanship and shoots one ragged hole. Rich is also great and easy to work with. I am going to have him built me another to back this one up. Thanks Rich!

I got an EMP finished up, it has the following- Heinie Slant Pro/ front sight has a tritium insert, Heinie mag well with Monkey grips- worm pattern, 25 lpi checkered front strap, under cut trigger guard, grip safety cut higher, 40 lpi serrations back of the slide, crowned barrel, snake bellied top, aluminum frame is coated in KG Gun-Kote Teflon flat black, the steel parts are done in our "Hard Blue" finish. New trigger and 3.5# trigger job, this gun fits in the hand perfect. The lip on the front of the magwell gives a good hold point for the little finger.

Rich,

What is the advantage, or the reason that people like the squared trigger guard? Is it difficult to find holsters for a pistol once this is done?

Why a squared trigger guard, gives more room for the trigger finger(trigger slapping), gives more area for the weak hand index finger to firmly stay in place, it gives the gun a touch of class, and .........
I haven't had any problems with 1911 holsters not working with a gun that has a squared trigger guard.

I happen to think it looks cooler than a rounded trigger guard, and nobody does them as nicely as Rich does.

An Open gun for a client. On a side note anyone looking for a Doctor sight to be low mounted Beven Grams did this one and it is the best mounting I have come across.

Wow!! Great looking Para. Canyon Creek sure bulids some cool guns. I don't think anyone else could make a Para look that good. One question, why the Docter sight instead of the new C-more STS?
