Where to by extended slide stop and safety? for 1991 Colt Commander

(apart from Wilson)

I see MidwayUSA carries the Ed Brown extended thumb safety, but no slide stop.

In fact, no extended slide stop appears on the Ed Brown parts page.

What makes do you recommend, and is there a place to purchase both from the same source?

Just figured nobody would handicap themselves using a Commander for USPSA shooting and I don't believe extened slide stop levers are listed as an approved modification in IDPA. Even for match use, an extended slide stop is a generally bad idea. They are often the cause of either failing to lock back or premature lock back....neither of which is good. R,

Try www.Brownells.com they have their own 1911 catalog that they will send you for free.
Better to have it and not need it,than need it and not have it.......BOOM!
