On Saturday, Oct 31st, 2009, there will be a fundraiser 3-gun match at the Durham Pistol and Rifle Club, located in Mebane NC. All the proceeds will go to support the youth rifle program at the DPRC. The match will have 4-5 stages, which will include rifle out to 300yrd, med range slug shots and two side matches. The side matches will pay out gift certificates to Brownells. If you don’t have a shotgun and want to join us there will be two standard 870 pumps, six shot tube and rem choked barrels, for use.

Match cost $25.00
Time sign in 7:30-8:15 rounds down range at 8:45
Round count 50-75 rifle, 75 handgun, 5-10 slugs and 35 shot (always a good idea to bring extra of everything)

Hope to see some of you guys at the shoot tomorrow. I'm bringing a fairly new shooter--that way I won't finish last Well, at least that is the plan...

I had a lot of fun at this match. The stages were good, with a little bit of everything thrown in. Had a good time with our squad, everyone was fun to hang out with. If these guys have any more of these matches, I would say to check it out. Lots of good shooting! Does anyone know where we can find the match results? We bugged out pretty quick and I didn't get a chance to check them out.
