Does anyone know how competitive this gun can be in Limited and what are the best modifications?

The mag capacity would be your only downfall. I would think you would be much better suited using it in Limited-10

That is what Rob from CZ custom said but I thought Limit 10 was shot primarily in those states that only allow 10 round mags.

be a good L10 gun..
capacity with basepads would still only be 14-16 rounds at best.

other than that..its a great gun..super ergonomics, a really trick trigger can be set up on it. good sight options. very reliable and accurate in my experience with the gun.

Yeah I really like the CZ platform as I have an Spo1. However, if I shoot production I can't shoot cocked and locked and if I shoot in limited or limit 10 I am scored minor. A Cz 75b SA 40 cal. and limit 10 might be my best option.
