It seems like a lot of people don't like Solo 1000 for light bullets but I've found it works fine. I like the way my G34 tracks with 115gr ammo way more that the 147gr stuff.
I chronographed some Solo 1000 loads today:
4.4 gr Solo 1000
115 gr Montana Gold hollow points
Federal SP primers
Mixed brass
1.130 OAL
Temperature = 71°
Gun = Glock 34 with factory barrel w/ 13 lb ISMI spring
Average velocity = 1124 FPS
PF=129.2

Max book load is about 4.1 at a slightly shorter oal. You should be fine but I wouldn't bump it up too much from there for a major match or anything like that.
You might try a 124 gr bullet also.

My dillon reloader has not been accessible for more than a year now (long story).
BUT I just happened to find some 115 MGs (RN) that I loaded over 4.1grns of Solo 1000 some years back; had to use it in my Glock 17 at the match the other night as I am running out of reloaded ammo.
Shot accurately and on point of aim for 125 PF loads & recoil was pleasant enough.
No, I am not switching to 115s (I like heavier minor loads) but this load performed just fine.
