What do you all use other than Titegroup if you just can't find it? Can anyone suggest a backup powder that's pretty comparable to Titegroup?

W231 is the other powder I use when I'm loading jacketed. It is really similar to Titegroup is alot of ways. Problem is that it is usually hard to get also. Try Powder Valley though. Or e-mail K-Gunz at Freedom Gunworks. (He is a vendor here and a good guy.)

I use W231 or N320. I know a few guys that use Universal Clays. All are good powders IMO.. I use 147gr bullets fwiw.

Clays for the 125 grain JHP's.

3.4grs makes a tremendous minor load in my G17 with a OEM barrel.

IMO,Titegroup seems more like Bullseye than 231.WST might be worth a try as well.-Mike

Dear ATF,
Since guns are so dangerous, I threw all of mine in the Gulf of Mexico yesterday. If you're here to collect mine, I don't have any. Thanks for stopping by.
