I have read the instructions and it does say not to leave powder in the powder measure. I have tempted fate in the past with various powders such as WW231, CLAYS, WST without harm.
I have been doing alot of reloading with Bullseye the last month, leaving the powder in the measure. When I emptied out the measure the Bullseye had stuck to the sides of the measure. The powder left a rought texture on the plastic after I wiped everything clean.
Hope this helps others.

Had the same thing happen to my Hornady measure except I think it was with tite group. I don't leave powder in the measure unless I know I'm going to be Loading more the same day or the next.

I use a Dillon Square Deal and have left WW231 and HS6 in the powder measure for years.
Never had a problem, so far:))

Guys I think the secret here is conditioned space. I left Accurate 7 in the measure in my metal building it has been 106 and it cooked it into a brick that had to be chipped out of the measure, as tempratures in the building were cooking hot, when door are closed.
Some powders are more sensative to heat and moisture than otheres. In another loader WST sits in the measure un affected.
I have all of my powder in an old refrigerator set on the highest temp setting to keep it from melting down.
Orange hand cleaner is supposed to take the black out of the plastic, then wipe it down with a dryer sheet to get rid of the static. I clean the interior metal parts with CR brake cleaner, same stuff I use on guns.
Its a big metal building aka welding shop, loading bench sits next to Plasma Cutter and Wire feed welders. I remove all powder before sticking the first arc.
