Nationals refund question

I can't seem to locate my copy of my my slot, and the USPSA web site does not mention anything about it. Could one of you nice people who actually put their yellow copy in a safe place look at it and tell me what it says (if anything) about a refund, ie. 50% no later than XX/XX etc.

That sure explains why my wait list number dropped like a rock two weeks ago. #19 Limited and still hopeful.
