I just received some armor plate (T520) 10" and 12" plates last week, mounted them this weekend and tested. After hitting with 45 and 9mm at 14 yds and seeing absolutely zero damage I put a 7/8 oz 3" hi vel slug on the 10" plate at 50 yds- zero damage, no crater at all! Backed up to 100, put 6.5 grendels (140 gr HPBT) on it, 5.56 (55 gr fmj) very very slight marks that I can just barely feel. These things look like they'll last longer than me.
They have a square hole near the top for a carriage bolt which is what I used, with a spring behind it then thru a 4x4 post with a mail box spike on the bottom. (pretty sandy soil here in N. FL) worked like a charm.
Just thought I'd share, my first experience with steel like that.

Where did you get them from?? Don't tease us
Well, I didn't know if I'd get "in trouble" for plugging a company without going to the vendor section (but they're not there!)... They're from ArntzenTargets.com

Well Alan, now that I spray painted them, I don't want to mess up the pretty paint so I might not shoot them again.
