Glock 35 OAL

From what I can tell, the specification for .40 S&W is for a 1.135 OAL, but I've seen references down to 1.120 and up to 1.145. I try and load to 1.135 but I've had occasional feed problems at that length. It's also occurred to me that the difference between this high and low is so small (0.025) that I wonder if it makes much difference one way or another.
For those shooting a G22/35 is there any consensus as to a good consistent OAL to load to. (FWIW, I'm using N320)

In my competition loads, I stay in the 1.135 to 1.140 range.

I have no problems whatsoever running F/P or JHP @ 1.135 in a G-35. That said, I settled on 1.130 for most bullets since I don't run "hot" and the groups are good...seems to me 1.130 is the "sweet spot".

I started at 1.135, using the MG180JHP. I loaded shorter bullets to shorter OAL in an attempt to keep the internal case ballistics close (seemed to work, velocity wise). I had some MG180JHP 1.200 Limited ammo for a 2011 pattern gun that I shortened up for use in the 35 that runs fine.

I have a Storm Lake barrel in my G35. I am using Magma 180 Gr lead bullets cast from WW and I have settled on 1.130 OAL for 100% reliability.

+1, I use 1.130 for all of mine. G22 stock and with a Wilson fit barrel, G27, G35 stock and with a fit Bar-sto.

Personally, I load to 1.128" - 1.130" and have no problems with either a stock barrel OR with my Lone Wolf Barrel (which has a tighter chamber).
With the 1.128" OAL, I can run a 180gr Zero bullet over 5.2gr's of UNIQUE. They run between 165 - 170pf and are milder than factory.
hope this helps.
