Forums blocked internationally? Problem solved - THANK YOU No access in Hong Kong

A few weeks ago, I started having problem accessing the forums from Hong Kong. Been an avid reader for years, and never had a problem before... At first I thought it was temporary, but I kept getting error messages saying "the server is not responding". On a lark, I tried using an anonymizer web proxy to mask my location and.... BINGO! Full access to the forums restored....

Are the forums now blocked to international visitors? Or is my ISP helping me decide what I can and can't see? Or is it something else? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

The information, knowledge and people on this forum are absolutely the best in the world - I'd hate to get cut off from this wonderful resource!

Wow - that was fast... Thanks DonT!

I just reset my modem to get a different IP address from my ISP. Problem solved!
