Just getting into this airsoft and my gun pukes and I have no idea where to start.
Any good sources for information on problem solving and repair?

What type (brand-model) due you have? That will have alot to do with the answer to your question, especially if it is fixable and parts are availabe.

Get a TM 5.1, KWA is now making a very nice 1911 DS. I have both and am very satisfied.

the type of pistol that you have, that you posted on AAPS is a WE 5.1.

All of a sudden the slide stop going all the way back no matter which mag I use.
