I guess the discount can't be added ON TOP of sale items

I was hoping to get a super duper deal on the Syton tri helmet. Anyone know different about "2alpha" being able to get an additional discount on sale items?

I just ordered a Genetyk with photochromic clear lenses. Darren Mulford gave me a mini-catalog and let me try on his Gentyk this past weekend. They fit so nice I had to have a pair.
