I was shooting a Tuesday night match in Dallas tonight.. when during the shoot my Kimber rear adjustable sight back flew off...

I'd like to take the opportunity to get my sights changed out completely since I will be shooting this paticular gun in Texas State and IDPA nationals. The gun is a full length Kimber custom shop eclipse.

I am thinking this as a front sight- http://www.dawsonpre...0000-1094593469

What rear sight should I use?? Should I just ask for a new sight from Kimber or go with something better!

What would Brian or Rob do??

I think that's the correct answer.

Adjustable sights are a joke. Since you're stuck with them, I hope the guys here can find you a quality set. But me personally, I do not encourage the use of, nor use adjustable sights on pistols.

Hmm.. I went ahead and order the DP fiber front/back. green fiber on back and red .090 on front. I'll see how it works out. Kimber wanted me to send my slide to them.. not happening. I hear there are some non adjustables that should fit. I may have to move to that in the future. The question I have in my mind now is if the rear fibers will be a help or hinderence.
