Popped the left distal bicep tendon loose Thursday AM--stupid "$hit happens" accident.

Surgery yesterday, in a splint for 2 weeks, then a L-O-N-G road to 100%

Going to miss the Section match, Oregon Plastic Gun match, Crazy Croc, along with
the "less rainy season" club matches for the next few months. Oh-well, maybe I'll
finally get caught up on my reloading.
"Before a standing army can rule, the people must be disarmed; as they are in almost every kingdom of Europe. the supreme power in America cannot enforce unjust laws by the sword; because the whole body of the people are armed, and constitute a force superior to any bands of regular troops that can be, on any pretense, raised in the United States.”

Get well soon. Biceps injuries can be hard to recover from. Work hard on your PT and hopefully you'll be fine

Bill, I'm sorry to hear about your injury. I've been enjoying squadding up and shooting with you this year. Take care of that arm so you can get back ASAP. If you need anything let me know.

Take the PT seriously. I popped the bicep lose of the bone on my right arm about 12 years ago and skipped allot of the PT. Cant throw anything hard with my right arm.

I get to have foot surgery in a couple of months. Be like 8 weeks+ of recovery!

Get well soon!
