In the USPSA Revolver Division, is there a limit to the barrel length of your revolver? I did not see anything about barrel length in the USPSA Manual. Thank you!

Not that I can see.

Appendix D6 - Revolver Division
Item #7 Maximum handgun size -- No
Speed IS a tactic (and a pretty damn good one, too! )

Shhhh.... Please don't tell my Mom I'm a DRL. She thinks I'm still a piano player in a cathouse.

Nope, no limit on barrel length, run what ever you want basicly.
With the revised rules you can even use your old heavy barreled rib sighted PPC Revo
Minimum caliber is 9mm/.357 I believe.

Give it try, get yourself 6-8 speedloaders and a way to hold them
(I'm assuming your looking at using a non-moonclipped gun)
and a decent holster and your ready !

Good luck, you'll have a ball !

Thanks, guys, for your answers. Yes, I might give it a try. Need to do some practice on my reloads first.

My best practice for reloads was dueling on plate racks with someone shooting a bottom feeder. If your a good enough shot you dont have to reaload start down a few rounds .(not an issue for me I was always pushing speed and missing) Just a thought.

Good luck in Revo! I've shot it some lately, and believe it or not, it can be very fun and addicting.

Not only do I shoot revo division, but I use it also for my sidearm in 3-gun shoots ;)
A common mistake that people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.
