How Often Do You Grease it? Hornady LnL AP

How often do you shoot some grease into the zerk fittings on your LnL AP? I don't want to over grease it, but I sure as hell don't want to run it without any either.

Not often at all. Give everything a shot or two, when it's coming out the usage points that's plenty. You really can't overgrease machines, they just get messy that's all.
Bitch mode on;
wish they used threaded grease zerks instead of cheap press-fit ones.

I popped the press in ones out and replaced them with thread in ones. I think I used 6mm ones from Napa and a cheapy tap from the hardware store. I couldn't find any self threading locally that would work and didn't want to spend the time and shipping to order. I cleaned the holes out good, tapped them, cleaned again and threaded real fittings in. Then I greased the snot out of it, cleaned the excess off and I've loaded between 8 and 9 thousand rounds since. I plan on greasing it at 10K.

Great Idea! Thanks! Heck, I never knew that they were pressed in fittings!

I found out they were press in fitting really, really fast. The first one I went to grease came out on the first pump of the grease gun. The others took a bit of "work". I hooked the grease gun up and pumped it once HARD and they came right out. Now I don't have to worry about when/if, ok when, the others were going to come out.
