After the first 30 I have to jiggle the heck out of the lower part to get it to pass additional rounds.
Is this normal?

My new Gen Pmag with Nordic extension: hard to load

You indicate new generation pmag. Is this the OD green follower in yours? I believe Magpul slightly changed the follower and is probably the cause of your issue. If you have a older black follower pmag handy look at them side by side and you should see the minor differances. A tiny bit of fileing should smooth it up for you. Or try the black follower.

Good deal. For what it's worth, I have a Nordic extension on a last years Pmag body. It has worked fine for me so far. I have not had any issues with it.
Have you noticed that most people in the shooting sports business are the best people to deal with? If only the rest of the world conducted themselves like most of the people in the shooting sports do, we would live in a better world.

Thanks for asking the question and getting Tim's suggestion posted. I'm using their set up as well with new Pmags and notice a bit of wobble at the juncture. So, I'll try the chamfer.
But, one work around that works for me is at the 30th round, I press the rounds down with my pinky while feeding two more rounds in. Basically, it's getting the follower past the juncture. Then load until full. The bullets all feed fine on the important end.

Right on. I used it today at a Practical Rifle match , and like I said, the bullets come out fine. Its getting them in that requires technique. As long as everyone understands that: there is no reason to not use a M series Pmag with the Nordic extension IMO; however, tim knows of the problem, and i would expect he will address it at some point.
