I noticed on my two to three fired LC 5.56 brass quite a few missing primers after the initial cleaning. Is this an indication of loose primer pockets? I'm wondering If I should sort these out to prevent primers blowing out and jamming up the trigger group?

Yep, sounds like the primer pocket expanded. Will cause nothing but problems if you try to reload.

More importantly, you need to identify why you're blowing primers. Is your load too hot, does your rifle have an abnormally short throat or abrupt leade, are your cases too long, etc? This is the real question here. Your brass may be salvageable with a Case Saver, but first & foremost, you need to be safe.
