I don't believe it is a NSSF program, just patterned on the Scholastic Clays program. Lot's
of interest around here, and lots of manufacturers coming on board, but I'm a club rep, and
haven't heard anything from USPSA about it since the original "we are thinking about
doing this but don't have details" mailing a couple of months ago. The devil is in
the details--and at this point details are pretty scarce.
