Help. Barcode Scanner UnitechMS 180

Hello, I recently got the Unitech MS 180 barcode scanner. I have another scanner that works and has successfully read my printed barcodes generated from EZWS. I am running Vista 32-bit and have installed the Scanner Configuration Manager from the unitech website.

For the life of me I cannot get this thing to read any barcodes. This includes the EZWS generated barcodes.
