Just let me know the dates by the end of November.....DTC is always worth a vacation draw.

A friend of mine told me "Your work has really made you cynical" my reply was "Cynical.....I passed cynical five years ago....I now live in reality"

Considering the amount of fancy equipment now seen in competition, some readers have complained loudly that the 'average guy' does not have a chance. It might be pointed out that this average guy never has had a chance. Competition is held to determine what is best, not what is average. And if all the equipment were standardized, the man who won would still not be in any sense average.

Unless my wife duct tapes me to a chair I'll be there! My first "big" match was A4 and I had an awesome time.

As long as it doesn't conflict with Space City or the High Plains shotgun match.

Tom, the new SC for Texas South, indicated he likes the weekend of April 17th for Space City.

in the original question. Sorry Robert.

High Plains Shotgun- April 9-10, 2010

Space City- April 17-18, 2010

Seems to leave the 1st weekend of April (3-4) open for DT!!
I haven't found any other major matches listed for that weekend.
May as well scarf it up 1st.

OK, The 15 hour drive is looking tempting to shoot this. I've seen the videos and heard this was the "TO DO" match other than nationals.

The Flintstones will just be to good to miss, I think. :D

With Easter on April 4th, that may keep some folks away.
