Hi all,

I am familiar with the standard classifier stages presented on www.ipsc.org, and with the classification breaks:

Grand Master 95% to 100%
Master 85% to 94.999%
A 75% to 84.999%
B 60% to 74.999%
C 40% to 59.999%
D 39.999% and below

Judged by my results in competitions here in Norway, I would be a master class shooter. However, since I don't get abroad much, I usually don't get a chance to compare my results (skill) to international class shooters.

Is there someplace where I can read the actual scores at classifier stages at large international or US competitions, to compare and understand the skill needed at the highest level?

I apologise if this has been covered someplace else; I couldn't seem to find it.

Regards,
Rob

EDIT: And I think some shooters in my local club need a wake up call

Well, there's also a little bit of a difference. If you truly wanted to compare IPSC classifications to IPSC classifications, you'd need to get the aliases of the US shooters that shoot overseas and compare against those. I know my IPSC classification is somewhat different than my USPSA one.
"I am tired of all the friction between 'martial artists' and 'gamesmen' and trap shooters who don't talk to skeet shooters and IPSC guys who won't shoot steel-- Every style of shooting is fun, and whether you enjoy it or not shouldn't hurt another persons enjoyment of it."-- BE, PSBF
