Good question and I am not sure. If you call Rudy direct they will guide you on that.

Sometimes during matches, we have to go prone or very low. Is there a model that is versatile enough to wear during these extreme shooting positions, plus still be able to use during the normal shooting positions?

Check out the KarbonEye. There is no frame to get in the way, plus they are so light that I forget I'm even wearing them.

I ran into this exact issue this weekend. There were 3 stages that had prone or low ports on them, so I simply pinched the nose-peice of my Genetyks together to push them up on my face a little, and I had complete coverage any direciton I looked. It worked especially well since the Genetyks feature one continuous lense without a nose-bar to obstruct your vision.

I didn't see Genetyks in the list of available glasses through the Rudy Project. Kevin: Are they going to be on the list anytime soon?

Thanks.

It don't think the Genetyk lens is RX-able since it's a one piece lens. You can get an insert for it though. Almost all Rudy models have the adjustable nose pieces, so you can change how high they sit on your face.

You cannot RX direct lenses of the Genetyks - They are a single lens which cannot be RXd. They make use of inserts which can be RXd.

On one of my Rydon's the threaded bushing/nut fell out of the ear piece, the screw is still there holding the ear piece on.

I called Customer Service and they sent me the screws instead of the bushings.

Are the threaded bushings available by itself?

Hey guys I'm looking at getting a pair of shooting glasses, but I have to get the RX inserts. but on the rydon the rims of the insert stick out below the bottom of the front lens not cool. What do you suggest style wise for impact and photo color with the insert behind the lens. I have met a number of your team but I stink at names, Tristate guys are who I have met.

The new inserts for Rydon do not stick out. However if you like rimless then the Magster frame offers a rimless insert.
