Recoil spring

What is the lightest spring that I should put in my Glock 19? I am currently shooting production with factory ammo but hopefully soon start reloading.

I believe most people are going with a 15# or a 13# recoil spring. There are a ton of variables here. Type of powder, what PF you plan to shoot at etc. The best thing to do is WHEN you start to reload, buy yourself either of those two recoil springs mentioned and give 'em a whirl.
