I think some smack has been spoken on my behalf, without my knowledge and consent.
I dont even know how I ended up in this forum.

But, let me get this straight.

I've never shot ICORE, and dont own a revo rig.
You want me to shoot my 5 shot, 2" snubby J frame back up gun, with no moons, or speedloaders etc.
You're getting amped up to beat me?
Dude, set your sights a little higher;-)

All said with a smile of course.

Now, having said all that...if you shoot a snubby too, its on.
Or, if a suitable revo rig can be procured for me, its on. (I may need a small handicap, since I've never shot a wheelgun)

I'll bet your pizza tab.

I got my butt kicked...it was my first attempt at shooting a wheelgun.
Borrowed gun, no practice, glacial reloads.
I would've needed 70 handicap points to surpass Spraylord.

Many many thanks to Bubber for loaning me his revo and rig and providing ammo.
Being indoctrinated in the way of the wheelgun by him was well worth the price of admission.
I asked him if I could reimburse his ammo expense...he said "Pay it forward when you can, take someone shooting"

Bubber, of course, won the match.

and you told me you shot your J-frame - hehehehe

well it was my second time using the 45, but I did break the cherry on the 627pro.

Thanks bubber for the sights, i've already got them filed and they look good, now we need to knock out that damn gold dot and insert a FO rod.

at least you beat litl' FFL, and he was trash talking before the match, :surprise: Heck he was trash talking AFTER the match, LOL

Well I guess now we need to figure out who's shooting where next weekend. I know i'm hitting Oil Capital, don't know what division i'm shooting out freaking out of bullets in every caliber and was thinking about shooting down in OKC, but once again, what to shoot? maybe revolver????

You've obviously had some practice.

I dont know about this weekend. I may do Oil Cap, prob not OKC, But I may shoot sporting clays instead, or
a tactical rifle match. I will of course shoot Monday night.

I think we're out for monday, too much driving Sat and Sun, i'll probably sleep all day monday.

I'll tell you what, I didn't get to see Bubber shoot, but obviously he's damn good, but I did see Lance shoot and was VERY impressed, he looked very fluid in his shooting and reloading and he's very accurate (after he rinsed and got the taste of USPSA out of his mouth).

I wished that I could have seen Bubber shoot, Heck I bet instead of paying a huge fee to be taught w/ a grand master, I could just buy a pizza and a 12 pack and get some tips from Bubber ;)

Antichrome, You must always tell the truth, but not tow quickly. We could have the Spraymeister believing that you had shot your 5 shot snubbie using hks loaders, which was my plan but overslept this morning. Good to meet you. later rdd
