Are Blade-Tech holsters with the Teklok attachment legal to use in IDPA. I am thinking about going to the next IDPA match, but I don't want to have to buy new gear to shoot it. I have Blade-Tech gear for my USPSA Single Stack gun, and I would like to just use that stuff on a regular Instructor belt if it is legal.

I use one and have never had a problem when it was inspected. Not that it particularly matters but it definitely fits the criteria in the rule book.

Same here. Have passed inspection at the State Championship matches I've attended and in reading the rules fairly confident it is.

Cool beans, thanks guys. I figured it was legal, but on Blade-Tech's website the holsters that have the regular belt loop say "IDPA Approved", while the holsters with the Tek-Lok do not.

Blade tech is basically full of it. So is any other holster that says "IDPA aproved" IDPA no longer approves holsters. You just have to put it on and see if it meets the rules on your body. All any one can truthfully say is a holster "should" be legal for use in IDPA.
