Any of you Match Directors had an issue with a Sponsor committing to a major match, taking advantage of the visibility in all your publications, and then not coming thru with the goods?
I am still waiting on one of the GA State sponsors from October of last year to send us what he has promised several times and I am getting a little tired of chasing him. He is active on this board and others selling some of his wares but has not responded to my last couple emails. It is one of the more prominent companies in our sport unfortunately....
So would you make his name and company public, ban him from your future events (as a sponsor and/or participant), make a note on your website about the situation by his logo, or just blow it off?
I think overall this sport is full of righteous folks; this is the first person in our sport that I have had a problem with but want to save other MDs from having to deal with this guy.
Thanks!
Mark

It's not acceptable to use this board to sort out vendor issues. Closed.
