EzWinScore database troubles

I was running EZWS 3.0 on my NT computer fine, now I'm trying to run it on Vista and it is not cooperating.
When I first load it up, it says
Error loading library.
Please check whether PowerBuilder Accessibility library can be located
in the path.
Then I try to start a new match, I enter a name for the match and I get
Cannot connect to new database.
and the whole thing crashes.
When I load it up again and select Open Match, the match I created just before the crash is there, but when I try to open it I get
The location of the database you picked,
C:\USPSA\EzWinScore\january.db,
does not correspond to the information stored.
A database by that name was previously stored
as Connectstring = 'DSN=january'.
Do you wish to update the location using the
selected file information?
I select yes, and get
Cannot connect to january database.
Will reconnect to to original database.
And then nothing happens.
Any ideas?

My XP Laptop is physically broken. All my next choices seem to be Vista machines. Not looking forward to this change.

Yeah.
(That's a hell of a jump! Going From NT, skipping over Win2000 and WinXP and landing on Vista!)

Jim,
if you either buy or have built a modern machine with enough RAM and Vista Ultimate you shouldn't have any issues.....
If you try to retrofit to an older machine, then it could be a totally different story.....

I put it off for as long as I could.... you would not believe how many things had to break on that NT box before I finally gave up on it.
