Just completted a Matt Cheely class on movement. My head is so full of info it will probably take a few days to process it all. Getting a GM like Cheely for a whole day is probably the best tip for improvement for anybody. We covered it all,... entries, exits, shooting while moving, forward and backward. Set ups on target arrays, everything. I should have spent the money years ago.

Cheely is a great teacher and took time with us as individuals after each run. I've read the books and for me the hands on demonstrations and execution correction was great. I didn't have to think... AM I DOING THIS RIGHT? Matt was right there to correct and offer constructive advice.

I'm just a "B" class shooter and that took 4 years. Could have probably cut that in half had I taken a class 2-3 years ago. If you want to improve and you are serious, taking a class from a GM like Cheely is the best tip I can offer anyone.
Good luck, experiment, pass knowledge!!

I took a class with Matt back in July of this year. I have to agree with everything that you have said. If you ever get the chance to take a class with him, do it!

Matt is one of the most talented shooters, trainers, and gunsmiths that I have ever encountered. I would strongly recommend taking one of his classes if you get the opportunity.

Yeah but Is he "the only one professional enough in this room, that he knows of"?
