I needed a tool that would help me understand which targets were visible to a shooter from a given position. I couldn't find anything that did what I wanted, so created a spreadsheet to do it for me. Suggestions for improvement are welcome.

Hmm, not a tool per se, but google sketch up (for stage design) has a feature where you can move around and look at what you have designed from any angle or height. Nice 3D approach.

I used it in my CRO class to design stages and show how many targets were visible from different positions.

Try Stage Cad. You can define your shooting area and place the targets. Then do a 3d walk through.

I thought StageCad disappeared for awhile. Glad to see it's back, though they've been promising V2 I think for several years now.
