The current classifier book shows a few all steel stages (The Steely Speed variatons.) The current rule book says that all steel stages are no longer legal. Can these stages still be shot as classifiers?

I believe the current rule book doesn't allow a stage with all steel plates, including a plate rack. There must at least 1 popper on the stage. You have to have at least calibratable (?) target to test PF. You can't calibrate steel plates or plate racks.

4.3.1.4
Various sizes of metal plates may be used (see Appendix B5),
however, metal plates must not be used exclusively in a course
of fire. At least one authorized paper target or Popper must be
included in each course of fire.

The classifiers you are refering to have popper and can be calibrated.

I didn't remember the rule properly. I thought it was that it couldn't be all steel. Thanks for setting me straight.
