OK, this is my first Nationals and I am genuinely pumped.

So far, I have : Booked and paid for my room

: Have a buddy to travel with and share expenses.

: Have 2 open guns running like Swiss watches

: Paid entry fees.

: Loaded 1000 rounds of "match" ammo

: Set and kept my goals of dryfire and or livefire every day

: Lost 15 of the the 23 lbs I want to lose (50lbs total)

: Planned routes and plugged in to GPS unit

: have hidden vendor money available

: ordered and hopefully will recieve shirts from TechWear on time

: will service vehicle completely prior (my business)

: purchased plenty of new clothes for shooting / evenings and travel

Any other suggestions on items to care of now that we're 8 weeks away??

Under the clothes section - I would get Under Armour Underware. Very good at preventing swamp ass. It will most definately be hot and chaifing (sp) is never fun.

Basically if you hesitate and don't pack something because you don't think you'll need it - bring it anyway - because you will need it.

Definitely be prepared for the possibility of wet weather. Have either spare shoes ready or a good way to dry your's at the end of the day. Also, goretex jacket and a way to cover your range bag.

Snacks, drinks and music for the ride and match? How about a video camera and cables? If you do not have one, you can borrow mine. Do you have your golf cart rental money?
