I attended the 3-4 June class.
It was great. The class size was small (6 students), allowing Keith to spend plenty of time with each student. The material followed a logical progression and was presented efficiently, so we covered quite a bit in two days.
Among the useful things I learned was a way of moving laterally to the left and keeping a good shooting platform. This has never been one of my strong points, but with Keith's instruction, I expect to see large performance gains in this area. The entry and exit drills he taught were also quite good.
Keith is not dogmatic and is willing to adjust to the shooter. I shoot from a very upright stance. After having me try a stance that was more rolled forward to handle recoil, he told me not to worry about it since I was getting good hits and not having a problem with recoil control or speed.

I just got back last night from Keith's two-day IPSC class (IPSC-300), and... all I can say is, it is the best money I have ever spent in this sport.
Day one was a lot of "fundamentals", most of which I came into the class thinking I was pretty solid on, but boy did I learn a lot. By the end of the day I was seeing more improvement in my shooting than I would have thought possible.
Day two was a lot about movement - moving out of positions, moving into positions, shooting on the move. (Keith, you were right - my legs hurt today!) Lotta stuff to think about, and by the end of the day my brain was kind of circling the drain, but fortunately Keith provided a nice student workbook to take home, that has everything he taught us, plus all kinds of drills we can use to practice and refine skills.
Keith is a very good instructor, really knows his stuff, gives a lot of individual attention to the students, and was even patient about all my questions. He really made the class a good use of time - he not only can tell you what he thinks works, but can tell you *why* it works, and has the experience and credentials to back it up.
If you get a chance to take a class with him I *highly* recommend it.
