If you have paid the LOKI company for goods or services, I suggest that you refute the payment with your CC company or Bank post haste.
The lack of proffesionalism on the companies part is astounding.
In the EXTREMELY limited communication I have had with the owner since I paid him, he confirmed to me that the company has gone belly up (for a variety of law related and supplier reasons).

Just got off the phone with captain Darrin duckworth with the otoka ok police dept.He is requesting that anyone who has been taken by loki weapon system to contact him by phone or email...they are building a case on this thief....

BTW according to what he said ...he spoke to Erik and he said he was leaving because he was overwhelmed with orders and can't keep up....hard for me to believe that....

I’d saved and waited for a quality 6.5 Grendel for @ 5 yrs, sent Erik @ $1K deposit at the end of November, I was excited. Their rapid and knowledgible response time and answering many questions is one of the reasons I sent them $950 deposit. The last correspondence I had from him was 11-21’12, then they went dark. I’ve tried his/ their email, business phone numbers and Erik’s cell phone number. I sent a post office money order and I’m afraid I’m screwed. I’ve contacted the local sheriff listed above to see what’s going on and if I’ve any recourse, haven’t heard back yet as of 12-18’12.

I don't know why they went out of business but they took there web site while mine was being shipped. SCARRED the hell out of me but it did arrive. I know it sucks you didn't get yours but hopfully you will respond soon with some resolution.
It's a fine rifle and someone has to pick up there molds and design. There is too much money in making all of those parts not to keep making them and just changing the name. Maybe if it hasn't been resolved yet, the new guy's will take care of you.
keep truging and hopefully it will work out soon.
