For a very busy business especially with the demand today it seems odd .

Honestly I came to check since my brother who is a dealer, ordered 25 rifles(at my suggestion ) and paid money down months back , now is not able to get hold of anyone, and has never received product.

One of the City Fathers in Atoka says he and others have been out there trying to find out what's going on and the signs have been taken down from the building they were operating in and they could not get anyone to come to the door. He does not sound like he expects them to reopen.

I expect this thread will be locked pretty soon, but I understand they are going out of business / filing for bankruptcy. Apparently, there were some FFL irregularities combined with supply problems that led to this. I've been trying to contact them since the ARK USPSA 3-gun match to redeem a certificate for a complete upper. Erik communicated with me briefly and then dropped off the face of the earth a couple months ago. I'm lucky that I'm not out any money - but it does suck to pick a certificate off a prize table (passing up other nice "real" items) only to have the certificate end up being worthless. I'm personally taking Eric's lack of communication as clear evidence of his intent and chalking this one up to experience. Hope those of you who are out money get made whole at some point.

They above post is correct.
If you have paid the LOKI company for goods or services, I suggest that you refute the payment with your CC company or Bank post haste.
The lack of proffesionalism on the companies part is astounding.

In the EXTREMELY limited communication I have had with the owner since I paid him, he confirmed to me that the company has gone belly up (for a variety of law related and supplier reasons).

I know awhile back they had sent out a help flyer through one of the manufacturers groups in OK asking for help to machine receivers that was probably back in august. I ordered a barrel from them in September and was quoted that it wouldn't be delivered until the first part of Nov and I had the barrel in hand the middle of Oct so I guess I dodged a bullet I hope things are made right with the customers that did not receive their products. I exchanged emails with the owner about problems with the gas block that I received with my barrel In November and he was quick to respond. I didn't know there was anything like this going on until earlier this week.

Just got off the phone with captain Darrin duckworth with the otoka ok police dept.He is requesting that anyone who has been taken by loki weapon system to contact him by phone or email...they are building a case on this thief....

This sucks!
I’d saved and waited for a quality 6.5 Grendel for @ 5 yrs, sent Erik @ $1K deposit at the end of November, I was excited. Their rapid and knowledgible response time and answering many questions is one of the reasons I sent them $950 deposit. The last correspondence I had from him was 11-21’12, then they went dark. I’ve tried his/ their email, business phone numbers and Erik’s cell phone number. I sent a post office money order and I’m afraid I’m screwed. I’ve contacted the local sheriff listed above to see what’s going on and if I’ve any recourse, haven’t heard back yet as of 12-18’12.

I ordered one on 12/18/12 from a Dealer in Arizona. I got mine, $1,500 for a LWSF w/18" Flutted barrel and 15" Troy handguard.

I don't know why they went out of business but they took there web site while mine was being shipped. SCARRED the hell out of me but it did arrive. I know it sucks you didn't get yours but hopfully you will respond soon with some resolution.
It's a fine rifle and someone has to pick up there molds and design. There is too much money in making all of those parts not to keep making them and just changing the name. Maybe if it hasn't been resolved yet, the new guy's will take care of you.
