11 lb recoil
13 lb hammer
Because we said so.
11 lb is what most of us run well with a 125 to 125 grain bullet and 13 still lights off primers fine.

+1.
11lb recoil & 13lb main (15lb hammer spring when not in a gun equipped with an extended firing pin) has worked worked 100% for me with everything from cheapo $10 a box Wallymart stuff to +P Gold Dots to my friends bunny-fart-probably-doesn't-make-PF reloads...

I'm running a similar setup.
11 lb recoil
11.5 lb CGW mainspring
Extended Firing Pin with RAMI spring (reduced weight)
This sub-5lb DA Stuartized gun will even reliably set off CCI primers! (though I run Federal in competition for added peace of mind)

I run a 10lb recoil spring, 8.5lb CGW mainspring, CGW reduced power trigger spring, and a clipped firing pin return spring. My gun runs way flatter with the 10lb recoil spring.
