Hi All
As title says, is it possible to cut for c-more RTS on the M&P slide or has anyone done that?
Cheers

Bowie Tactical has done it for the Leupold Deltapoint, so I would imagine the very same could be done for the RTS. That's not a confirmation, but at least some indirect support for the concept.
"Oh <bleep> it!!! I'll try shooting Open...."
Carbon Arms 16" upper on a Firebird lower that I built!! (Firebird comp, Vortex Viper PST 1-4x MOA - capped, MagPul MOE Rifle stock, AR Gold trigger, JP captured spring)
Remington Versa Max 26" (C-rums lifter/trigger/load port/rib sight, full-size XRAIL, extended Remington factory chokes)
S&W M&P 9mm Pro 5" (Burwell Competition trigger job, Burris Fastfire III - 8 MOA, SSS Limited mag well & Taylor Freelance +10 base pads)

Thanks. But the RTS is a bit different because it has a built in weaver rail
The RTS is a completely different beast. I'd guess it would not be an easy or inexpensive experiment, and that's assuming the RTS could withstand slide-mounting.
Yea, i am just wondering if someone knows the rear end of the slide well and can say if there is enough room to do the cutting for the rail

if it worked it would be big and tall. you can only cut down to the cap on the safety plunger, and a rail would still be higher than the top of the slide. i do not know but i think that would increase the forces on the sight.
Wicked for my wonderfully wicked wife!

I asked Cheely (very good smith) about doing this on an STI and he didn't recommend it. He didn't think it was designed to take slide mounted abuse.
Email Cmore and ask them. Post the answer.
