Just over 2yrs ago we lost my dad to sudden heart attack. He was only 54. That night, my mom, lil sis and I were sitting in his art room in dis-belief. I noticed a small clay vase of his that sat on his art table. Looking in it I see that it was full of business cards. I reached in and pulled a random card out....it just happened to be one of his old personal cards. I flipped it over and on the he had written ....
"A good life is never to short"
It was a helluva time to find that card.
I'm not sure if it was his personal quote or if had heard it somewhere, but we needed that at the time and it is on par with his way if thinking.

The first rule of gunfighting should be to know when the gunfight starts - being the last one to get the news certainly won't put the odds in your favor.

Man's greatest power is the capacity to direct attention. If you created it you can change it; otherwise, forget it.
