In my opinion the author is 100% correct with what he wrote in pages 58 through 61. I am not going to specify the 3 letter acronym agency detailed in these pages because this agency should not show up in search engines. I have been TDY with agents described in pages 58 through 61 many times since 2004. Every one of those agents are not just incompetent but also dangerous to themselves, prisoners(detainees) and other workers. I avoid these guys as much as possible. Very few people are in the position to explain the incompetence of the agents in print as Rodriguez has done in this book. This is a rarity.
I suggest reading this book before it is no longer available. It answers a whole lot of questions that the media could not or would not answer. This will never be a popular book because of the subject content. For this reason I do not think there will be future printings.
